E3 Sony: Hideo Kojima Title Death Stranding Announced
Hideo Kojima (Metal Gear Solid series) and his development company, Kojima Productions, revealed a new trailer at E3 with their title called Death Stranding featuring Norman Reedus. And no… it’s not related to P.T.
The trailer seems to have a lot of symbolism to it, with the main character holding a baby that’s attached to him by some umbilical cord with dead sea creatures all around them. The weirdest part about the trailer? There’s five floating figures in the sky that we don’t know about staring on down at a naked Reedus. There’s no word on how the gameplay will be, but if the picture from the site (below) has any indication it could be an exploration title with a deep narrative. Kojima simply stated that it would have a lot of action, but will be different than anything he has ever worked on before.
Death Stranding will be released exclusively for the PlayStation 4 but doesn’t have a release date yet. We will be sure to keep gamers updated on more as it is revealed.
