Ubisoft has finally got some screenshots for their next upcoming titles in the Assassin’s Creed Chronicles series, India and Russia. Each play the same as the previous title that was released digitally, China, with 2.5D stealth-action. In this one we have the player take on the roles of assassins Arbaaz Mir and Nikolaï Orelov, respectively, as they each journey in their respective timelines to end the tyranny of their local Templar influence.
Set during the time of the Sikh Empire in 1841, Arbaaz Mir will battle the Templar Order in order to reclaim an artifact once belonging to the Assassins. The first batch of screenshots for the coming Chronicles games is all about this assassin and his battle.
The next Chronicles game, Russia, will take place in 1918 where assassin Nikolaï Orelov will protect princess Anastasia from the Templars of his time and place. Also, he too will be searching for an artifact that the Bolsheviks have taken to steal on behalf of the Assassin Order.
Assassin’s Creed Chronicles: India will be released for the Xbox One and PlayStation 4 on January 12th, 2016, while Assassin’s Creed Chronicles: Russia will be released for the same platforms on February 9th. Not only that, but Ubisoft has also announced a Trilogy Pack that will be available both digitally and in retail on February 9th, as well.
