Voodoo Vince: Remastered brings back a classic game from the original Xbox with puzzle platforming game-play. The ID@Xbox program is supporting Beep Industries in order to do this and will feature 60 fps, 1080p resolution, 16:9 aspect ratio, updated rendering and visual effects, Xbox LIVE integration and achievements, and an updated soundtrack with remixes done by the game’s original composer, Steve Kirk. The game is being built from the ground up but with the same action nostalgic players went through over 13 years ago.
Players will take control of Vince, an anthropomorphic voodoo doll, as he navigates around dangerous areas to find his missing keeper, Madam Charmaine. Wielding a variety of voodoo attacks, Vince can electrocute enemies or stick them with prickly pushpins as he circumvents crawfish-laden swamps, haunted graveyards, and the French Quarter.
Voodoo Vince: Remastered will be released for the Xbox One and PC via Steam on April 18th, 2017.
