EA launched this year’s E3 by showcasing a new multiplayer trailer for Battlefield V as well as introducing new gameplay elements and the much requested Battle Royale mode.
Battlefield V will feature moveable defences and weaponry such as the fortified turret. The turrets can now be moved around by attaching it to a vehicle providing mobility and extra firepower. Additionally, it will also have environments that are even more easily destroyable than before. Tanks are now capable of ploughing through buildings effortlessly, completely destroying cover and making it harder for players to stay in one place. These features, as well as other trademakrs Battlefield features, will be present in the newly announced Battle Royale mode. Although not many details were given about the new mode, more information will be presented at Microsoft’s E3 conference tomorrow.
Battlefield V is set to launch on October 19th for PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
