A new trailer has been released for Homefront: The Revolution, the sequel to the Xbox 360 title where Koreans invade the United States. In the trailer we see more on gameplay elements that will be included in the game, including Resistance weapons that are customizable in the field.
There are tons of versatile ways to transform your gun on the fly as you can fix your crossbow into a flamethrower, add a silencer to your weapon in stealthy situations, or even add a sight to snipe someone from far away. Players will also be able to use guerrilla warfare tactics to ambush the Koreans, hack enemy cameras and drones, or even use your toolkit to equip a R/C car with bombs. The Revolution also ups the ante by making certain areas of the cities harder to strike, meaning you’ll need to really study the area in order to learn where to hit from, where to escape to, and how to set up enemies in your traps.
Homefront: The Revolution will be released for the Microsoft Windows, Xbox One and PlayStation 4 on May 17th, 2016 in North America and May 20th in Europe.
